8 Tips On How To Ignore Recession

We heard that enough – recession. What is recession? This is a period of sluggish activity in the business world. Demand is declining for the goods and services in general. When a particular country or economy is in recession it is still OK. When you add the word ‘global’ it sounds so serious- the world economy ‘machinery’ is slowing down. If a company goes bust due to consistent sloppy demand for its goods or services, the staff will be likely be retrenched. When you are one of those unemployed you are answerable to your self and your dependant. How are you going to generate the income for your self and your dependants? This is the question running in everyone’s mind right now as there is so much news on the mass media including in the internet recently world recession.

“was this the case of one group or one company falling asleep at the wheel? Is this the result of too little oversight, too much greed, or simply not enough understanding? As is often the case when financial markets go awry, the answer is likely ‘all the above’- by Investopedia”

So what there is recession? Life must go on. Life is still the same. People doing the same jobs, live in the same houses and it seemed to me the same. No changes. Our confidence has fuzzled out.

I was talking just now to my friend and he agreed whatever I said above. I also told him that history will not repeat itself and the world will not go into depression like what happen in the 1930s. Why I say this is valid. The depression of the 1930s happened during the two world wars – I & II (1914 – 1945).

So why do we have to worry about recession? You do not have to. Every economy now has only one objective – to pass through this ‘flu’ of the business world. Every country is acting positively to this recession. That is what I like about this age – we are all consulting economies. If you still cannot get away from the fears of a recession- my advice to you is to not to focus on it. Rather you need to be a little gratitude for living in the world of agreement. Get on with life and be happy.

But if you think you want to do shield from the worries of the economic recession my suggestion is to adhere to the following 8 tips to ride through this recession:

Enroll in a course

I think you can enroll in a course to make your self occupied. It is usually during your free time you are likely to get influenced by mass media. Enroll in a new course which is not directly connected with your job. Preferably, check with the school or institution on the course timings. It should be attended almost immediately after your day’s work. The course must be interesting and the duration must be just nice to occupy the rest of your day after the day’s work. You can also try online here here here here and here

Most importantly take a course that is not connected to your job. If you get booted then you can use this certificate to get another one.

Learn a new skill

While I was returning from the office today, suddenly the smell of Kentucky Fried Chicken pervaded the atmosphere of the bus. I wondered why the special smell of KFC’s chicken is tempting- aromatically taste bud friendly which is different from any other fried stuff. It is so aromatic and unique to the senses. Why there is no one be able to fry chicken parts as tasty as KFC chicken. Why don’t you try out finding the exact ingredients of Colonel Sanders’ recipe of frying chicken parts? If you can’t get the exact recipe it is still OK but when you try new skill it helps you to redirect your thinking to another set of work from those things you do not want to think about. Think to get a solution not worrying about it. Forget about recession; try copying KFC like fried chicken parts. You will not know as you can become a potential competitor for KFC.

Exercise

This is an excellent option to re direct your thinking to something very constructive. By carrying out exercise you are training your cardio vascular strength and staying slim. You are focusing your mind to divert all energy to tone your body. Exercise can de stress your tired mind. The choice is yours. Either you can go and book a gym or just simply do some stretching and jogging exercise.

Part-time job

A moving around job is better than a boring desk job. When you move about the time runs quicker. Perhaps you can get a part time job as a delivery man. You can join a gift delivery. The secret to your part time job must be directly opposite to your full time job. You will be in a newer environment and conditions which makes you to focus on other things rather than recession. Part time job will also cushion any impact of losing your full time job.

Re budget

Cut all the fats and stay slim. Do not involve in unnecessary spending. Those that are essential must be paid for: housing; rent; utility; food; transport; children education. The key to living is not to be extravagant. If you have too much money it is still OK but if you are earning an income it is better to be frugal. Spend what you must and save what you can. If you lose that full time job you still have some savings to ride on for a time.

Rent out your ‘asset’

A house is not an asset until it brings you real income. What that means? It means you are living in space of luxury forgetting that some of it can be rented out to tenants. I respect privacy but sometimes you have to push down some of your value to bottom and set some priorities in living.

 Re leverage

When you leverage you are actually borrowing to increase your means to satisfy your wants. But too much leveraging is quite risky. The clue to this is to get what is necessary. Payment to insurance companies needs to trim lined as insurance policy is decided through anxiety- what happens to “As’” dependant when “A” dies. What happens if “A” die very much later?

Come to the blogosphere

Do not worry too much about recession. You are always welcome to this site. I will try my very best to post fresh consistent articles to boost up your confidence and mind power so that you too can become a successful human. I am doing this a part time as I love to motivate people and make them realise their true potential. I believe everyone is gifted with special qualities.Do not focus on what you cannot influence but focus on what you can achieve. My friendly advice to you is to live like a fish – the salt content in the sea will not be absorbed by the fish even though it is surrounded by it!
