How To Write Out A Blog Post People Will Read Through
This is my 108 posts. They are all mine. They are original posts written by me alone. I am not a copy blogger. I love honesty. However, I wonder how many people read my articles. My last track on Google Analytics showed that I have an average 24 visits per day. In my opinion, I believe every post here is good. Does that mean my contents are not good enough?
There is no fixed formula for blogging success. Even successful bloggers do not know how they got in there in the first place. In hindsight, you fumble out certain formula for your success. You think you are having good blog posts but the other person’s thumbs up or like for your post is crucial. Writing good content is the greatest challenge to any blogger.
Chicken or Egg
Which comes first – chicken or egg? In a blog, it is simple to understand its dynamics. A chicken and an egg is someone else’s need. It has to be there. What do you think is important – creating good blog post or getting that traffic? As I have said, which has to come first – chicken or egg?
If you create a blog now, without any contents or post, your traffic will be a zero count. Try out and see. Logically, you need to have contents first before you expect some traffic – even if it is little. Traffic is a result of your blog post. Does that mean more blog post means more traffic?
Yes. However, not every visitor reads your blog post all the way through unless he finds a need there.
Tell the world something important
What is important to anyone? We are writing to human beings. You can create good keywords and phrases while writing out an article. However, even a visitor clicks your post has to read it like you and me. It is better to spend more time on writing something important than to seek and search for better keywords. The gist of the matter is what is the need of readers? How would you be able to tell the world something important?
Today, after reading Huffington Post about Aloe Blacc, I learned something from this singer. His song “I need a dollar” is a number one hit in UK market. Why do you think his song is popular? The song is very catchy because everyone needs a dollar.
In your next blog post, remember to create a need for everyone.
Creative
This is very easy to do. As I have said, it is better to write out a good blog post than spending your time researching on good keywords. Write your blog post for human beings and not machines.
One easy way to find a need of the world is to read the news. Currently, I am using Technorati to source for news. My blog niche is on personal development. Search for any news in the internet and see whether there is any connection to your blog. This is the simplest way to mould news to suit your niche. You have to create a connection of the news to your blog niche.
Goal
To date I have not decided on how many visitors I want in a day? I do not need money from this blog right now. It is because I am taking this as a hobby and not as a business. To me a successful blog is to give value to readers. I find happiness in releasing my stress out as I write articles here. It is like writing a diary.
If I want to make money out of this blog, I will very much want the following goal:
To write out a blog post people will read through. That is my blogging challenge at the moment.
