How To Actify Confidence By Fifty Per Cent In Just 60 Seconds
Have you seen how mahouts train an elephant? When a wild elephant is caught, it is tied up alongside several experienced working elephants. After sometime, the elephant, still wild, is tied up to a wooden frame between two tree trunks where it is unable to move. In order to make it submit to the will man, the elephant is struck and beaten with an elephant hook repeatedly. At the same time, the mahout talks to him in a calming voice.
Fear, pain, thirst and hunger finally make the elephant give up all resistance. When the elephant begin to show signs of submission or to accept its “fate”, only then it is allowed to bath in a river and to eat. After some period, this training is carried until it becomes a submitter to man. It becomes a working elephant.
Managing our confidence level has to be carried out daily. We have to show that we are confident. However, to surface your confident in an instant needs a different tactic. If you think what you are doing now is all “fated” then you need a different approach to boost your confidence to do the things you want or love to do. Is the pain of unshackling your self is blocking your first step? Do not submit your fate by the will of others. Unfasten the shackle and free yourself from bondage.

Failure to achieve your goals can lead you to the low confidence or no confidence trap. As if how the elephant inflicted with pain every time it tries to unshackle itself. Frequent failures can be very negative to many people. It becomes painful and they start procrastinating. In addition, there are people who make you dwell on the darker side of a project or goal. Others will tell straight that you will not make it. They give you bad code for living.
Shield off the unwanted happenings and words and start back again on the first step towards your target. Shield your confidence. As a young boy, I have had many fasting doldrums. Every time I carried out fast, I begin to feel nauseated and unable to focus on my daily affairs. I have frequent headaches. I became very negative and loss confidence of fasting despite understanding the spiritual blessings I get from doing it-not to mention health benefits. Fasting was a real ordeal for me until I switched to high fibre food like bread at pre-dawn from anything with cooked rice and gravy. Guess what. My fasting for the first time was easy as if I have only skipped lunch! I was elated to have found a solution for my problem. As I explored further, by consuming only milk and dates at pre-dawn meal has been making me to go without food for more than 14 hours in a day with confident. Now, fasting is a blessing for me – no more an ordeal.

Boost Your Confidence
In 60 seconds, I am going to show you how you can boost your confidence level to greater heights. The title presume you have the confidence but unable to bring it up a level to complete a task in question. You have confidence but suppressed by your own feeling towards your ability. Whether you are being told that you are “no good”, or you “lack performance”, or that your 50 million targeted earnings for the next 10 years are too high for your ability, you can still control your interpretation of the events surrounding you.
Step 1 – You have to identify exactly what you want to achieve. There is no such thing as achievable goal. The word achievable has a negative tone. You have to use the ambit of your mind to reach certain aspirations. You have to think big.
People also contradict in their goal setting when they rely on oracles and horoscope to tie up with their objectives. Their confidence level is up again when the reading is good. However, the moment the oracle is bad the vibe is set to meet a horrible day. The written things not carried out. The day is not good, so the mood to reach the set goal drops again. If you have decided to earn 50 million dollars in the next 10 years do not withdraw from it just because you did not get a project or business opportunity. It was Archimedes who said: Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.
You can set any goals. However, once you have set stick with it.

If given a role of a villain, they imagine the nastiest person in history to bring about this character. They often research the traits and characteristics of characters and the situations so they can demonstrate a more realistic performance.
If you have a task to do or an objective to meet, dissociate yourself and imagine the person in mind that has performed that same task successfully and that person is you. Speaking in public is a good example. You may have the knowledge and skill to write a speech. However, if you face an audience the aura is entirely different. You may succumb to feelings of self-doubt and worry. If you want to control the audience well, then think that Donald Trump is you and act like him. You will be amazed how successful your speech can be.
Your confidence is suppressed. In order to inflate it, you have to imagine that you have to come out from your mind and replace it with someone else’s. There is over 50 per cent chance of getting what you wanted. Action!. Your 60 seconds is up.
