As a toddler, we have dealt with frustration. The curious child reaches out for a toy and it struggles and pushes itself to get it. In the process, the child sometimes stops as she experience some sort of frustration because of the distance of the object. Does the child need help? Thinking so makes some parents to render help by picking up the toy object and giving it to the child. However, such action will only make children not to try the extra step to reach a goal. They wait for external help.
On the other hand, some parents (being playful or sadistic) will remove the toy object and placing it further once they see that the child is going to grasp it. This is very frustrating for the child. They stop trying it anymore. Therefore, when they grow up, this incident might be an obstacle for their growth and they may lack perseverance. They know that it will be frustrating if they fail.
Frustration also arises from resistance to the fulfilment of individual will. Teenagers problem arise due to parents interfering in their “free will”. Employee-employer management can be easy if either party know what their limit to their will or pursuit is.
Frustration is just another common emotion, which cannot make you any better. When you feel frustrated, know that someone or some event is only perceived as an obstacle to your will or pursuit. This perception can be wrong altogether. However, it is easier to convert this emotion to something else better rather than getting frustrated and making faces.

One-sided decision is not good if you are working as a team. Even in a family, though parents have the upper hand it is better to discuss with the other family members when taking an important decision.
The acceptance of the rest may take time and impedes important decision. Buying a cheaper terrace house out of the country need quick discussion among family and deliberate a unanimous decision. However, as decision not reached sooner, you might feel the frustration of letting go a good buy. In this situation, a unilateral decision to buy first and then move later will be a better option.

Frustration can find way into you from all aspects of your life : from working life, family, or from any relationship.You have been working hard towards your goal or on a project and it just is not working. Some say work smart. You feel like you are stuck in a job, and cannot find another one. People say you do not try. You seem to be stuck and no matter how hard or smart you try, you do not seem to get anywhere. You are just spinning your wheels in the mud and all you feel is pure frustration.
The problem of frustration will be always there in our lives. If frustration is an emotion, it is intangible. If you accept it as problem then you might have a solution.
