How To Make W.I.S.E Goal

Do you have something you have always wanted to achieve, but have never given yourself to do it? The article you are going to read here will change all that. Do not make just goal but learn how to make wise goal. Read on!

 Wish list

The only way you can manage your goal is to make wise goal. The techniques that I am going to show are a little different from other personal development blogs but you will find that it is easier to reach your goals using my system.

Even if you have identified a problem, you still have to have a goal to reach a chosen solution. Many of goal achievers derived them from their needs. If you have chosen to make burger for dinner, you still need to decide where and when to buy the beef putty, the bread, vegetables, and cucumbers to make a decent burger. We are actually making hundreds of goals each day without realising them. It is because all those things pursued are actually our needs. Why then we find it difficult to make a goal or two. Even if we make a goal, we find it difficult to honour it.

The problem is that you have not made a wise goal. Eating also comes under objective process. However, we find effortless by doing the act of eating. Hunger has made you less conscious of our involvement in the process of eating. You put your food in your mouth effortlessly.

When I wrote how to manifest money effortlessly in 30 days carrying out the tips consciously also falls under the category of objective process or goal setting. You have to make conscious goals for those objectives that needed a greater effort on your part to reach them. As you carry out the goal, it satisfies your needs. That is why most people who get into a business or a job find it rather hard to persevere in it. If it is not your need, you call it ‘not your piece of cake’.

 When you make goal do not just make a goal. A goal that comes from your need is easy to achieve. The first step is to prepare a wish list.

What is a wish list? It is a list of all those you wish for in your life right now. It can be anything in the world. You need an excel spreadsheet for this wish list. The first left column is all your wishes with a title List. The right columns consist of grades “A ,B,C,D..”. The longer the grades than the list would be much better as you can filter the list further.

Identify

How many times you have made a goal and then find it unachievable? After you have made the wish list, you are ready to identify your goal. In preparing a wish list, write the phrase “I wish to have” or “I wish I can” followed by your wish. Do not write phrases like “I want to” or “I got to” because this is a wish list.

When you want something, it creates a “neuron” path and makes you stress out for doing a task. Your mind cannot take defeat if you fail in that goal due to the phrase “I want to”-no matter what, you want it very badly. Goal achievement has to be easy and simple. That is why I have devised this technique for you to make it easy.

Do not make a wish list like “I wish I can fly to the moon”. How are you going to do this unless you are an astronaut employed by NASA for the next flight to the moon? The wish list has to be practical. For such wish list, grade it to the last alphabet so that you can choose a more practical wish list as your goal.

In my earlier post on how to condition your mind without a hitch dexterously, I have related under which condition a logic become illogical. If you want to make the wish list effortless, include under which condition the task become easier. If you want to fly to the moon there is no harm if you add under which condition you can reach your goal. If you amend your wish list to “I wish I can fly to the moon in my dream” then it becomes a simple task and you can make it into a goal.

Therefore, if your wish list has 10 items, grade each list to a different grade from “A” to “J”. By this, you can easily pick a goal that has grade “A”. If you want to make a wise goal, you have to go through this process of filtering your wish list and coming to a list that you think you need it most.

Most business pursue goals that are extremely stressful. If your recent business goal is, “I wish I can make 50 million dollars in this year” will be easy if you sell something that has no competition. Otherwise, rephrase it to “I wish I can make 50 million dollars in this year selling something that no one has sold yet in the market”. By a simple rephrasing, you have removed a greater task of making 50 million dollars in this year, if you can find that unique product. This will automatically give rise to research and development. From there on you will seek a different set of goal that I think will be a wise choice in your business goal.

Avoid getting your wish list to a tie. If two or more list has a tie, rewrite that wish list again. Re do the grading for further filtration until you get the only wish list that will be your next goal.

Schedule

 It does not matter how fast you have run, but it does matter how far you have run towards your goal. This is where you apply time management. Do the thing as per the schedule. Firstly, you have to make a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Write out a time log. Find out how you spend your time. Write down every task that you do in a day: eating, sleeping, leisure time, watching movies, exercise, blogging and so on. Write out how much time you spend on these activities.  You have 168 hours in a week. Create more time to slot in your activities that helps you to reach your goal by subtracting those activities that isn’t part of your goal. If you are watching 3 movies in a week, try cutting down one to save that extra time to pursue with your goals.

The stumbling block to any goal is failing to follow the scheduled task. If you have made a goal to get your driving licence in a year’s time, absenteeism from driving classes will take a longer time to acquire your licence. Do not skip your scheduled task.

 Elucidate

Most goals fail because the makers did not explain the purpose of their goals. You have to really know why you have made that goal.

When you recite the reason for your goals, you are actually making your mind understand the reason for such a direction. You can direct your mind. There are so many reasons to travel. One is seeing new land and people, and their way of living. You can enjoy freedom from commitment at home (when you are at home you have to carry out a routine job and so on). The yearly pilgrimage to Mecca(becomes easy) is a journey which brings you nearer to God. Likewise, there has to be a reason to make that goal. You have to make your mind to understand this.

As I did not receive a reply from my good friend in Italy, I am worried what could have happened to him. So now I am trying to get his address in Italy and imminent to making a goal to go to Italy. If it does pinch my pocket- I am not at all worried. I just want to see my friend for the last time.

When you do something for a reason (either for you or for others), it is likely that you will reach your goal. If you are running that routine track to reduce your body weight, think for one second or two how others see you if you are in good shape. Perhaps this is one of the 10 ways you can get the woman you want.

On 24 November 2011, my daughter got her Primary School Leaving Examination results. She was awarded 4 straight A’s with an aggregate score of 245 out of 300. As a parent, I was extremely elated because my daughter was consistent in her studies. The teachers were very helpful with her studies too.
