Proenrich means ’to enrich’. Which of the item would you choose if you were given a choice? Is it one pound of bronze, silver or gold? Naturally, you will choose the pound of gold. It is because gold is valuable. What do you have for breakfast: egg or the egg shell? Egg shell has zero value. Once you break the egg the shell is discarded. Value is the pivot for the changes you will always want.

Who is this person who goes out to earn for his children. He is the breadwinner. He care takes the children. He is always with open arms to console his kids; to guide them; to provide for the children; to take them to picnics; sight seeing; to cinemas; feed them; brings them gifts on their birthdays; buys clothes for them; wipe their tears; explains the reality of life; takes care when they are sick; make them smile; and always has the best interest for the children. This man gives gigantic value to his children in exchange for the good name of being a’ father’.

The children have a need from this father. Whenever this need is fulfilled the father projects immense value to his children. Value is a gift to the other party who has a specific need.

Pizza Delivery Man’s Value

Everyone knows who is a pizza delivery guy. He is the one who delivers pizza to his customers. What value this guy can give to his customers? He can do a couple of things:

• Delivers the pizza promptly
• Call back the customer if there is a delay, and apologise for that
• Ring the bell once or twice (give a one minute gap in between rings)
• Do not knock the door when there is a bell switch
• Smile genuinely and greet the customer
• Deliver first and get the cash (not the other way round)
• Say “thank you for the order”
• Say “enjoy the meal”
• Give sample brochure for future order
• Place a company sticker with his name and date of delivery

Do you think the customer like this delivery guy? You bet he would. The delivery man has given immense value to the customer.
